For visitors to teambooster.app (our commercial website). Employees of a customer organization using the Teambooster App itself are covered by the Service Privacy Policy instead.
Cookies
Teambooster collects cookies for the functionality of the website and/or marketing purposes and can cooperate with third parties that use cookies to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies. If you choose to refuse the cookies, you may not be able to use the full website.
Only cookies strictly necessary for the website to function are placed without your consent; analytical and marketing cookies are switched off by default and are only activated once you have given your explicit consent.
This concerns three types of cookies, namely functional, analytical and marketing cookies. Cookies will be stored no longer than necessary. Company-level visitor identification
Teambooster's commercial website may also recognise which companies — not individuals — are visiting the website, based on the visitor's IP address matched against publicly available business register data. This is used to generate sales leads and relies on Teambooster's legitimate interest; no individual visitor is identified through this process. Where the tool used for this purpose places its own cookies, those cookies are treated as analytical or marketing cookies under this notice and require the same consent. You can object to this processing at any time by contacting support@teambooster.app.
International transfers
Where a third party is located outside the European Economic Area, Teambooster ensures appropriate safeguards are in place — such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or, where the recipient is certified under it, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework — before any personal data is transferred.
Your rights
You may access your data for review, change, object, control, update, modify, receive a copy of, or ask for your data to be deleted. If you have any questions regarding your data please contact support@teambooster.app — we will process the request within 5 business days. You are allowed to make a complaint to the competent data authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) if you deem it necessary.
