Some users experience login issues.
Known examples are when your company has Single-Sign-On activated, and there is info stored on your device in a cookie that is inconsistent with the current version.
On this page, we explain how you can easily solve this with a cookie reset. It just takes 2-4 minutes.
Step 1: Test normal login
Just to be sure. Can you first check the normal login link through: https://app.teambooster.app/
If this works, then just bookmark this link and use it in the future to log in. You are all done!
Step 2: Login using an incognito browser window
The next test is to see if your account is properly setup. You can test this by logging in with an “incognito window”. In Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome you can find it under the menu in the top right corner of your screen. You can also try to log in using a browser that you haven’t used before with Teambooster.
Use the same login link: https://app.teambooster.app/
When you are able to log in: Great, your account is setup. Now it’s time for Step 3 and reset your cookies so you can log in with a normal browser again.
If you cannot log in with an incognito browser then please send a message to our support: support@teambooster.app. And wait for our reply (typically in less than 24 hours, and in most cases within 4 hours). No need to go on to step 3 yet.
Step 3: Open your browser settings
In the following steps, you see screenshots of Microsoft Edge. Most other browsers follow very similar steps!
Click the “…” and click settings.
Step 4: Click on cookies and site permissions
Step 5: Click on “manage and delete cookies and site data”
Step 6: Click on “see all cookies and site data”
Step 7: Search for “Teambooster” and click on the down arrow when you find the website
Step 8: Delete all cookies you see there
(for example, I found 3, but it may be different for you)
Step 9: You can close the settings. And also old teambooster windows.
Open a new window and try logging in to app.teambooster.app again!
