About the Train-the-Trainer Workshop

This one-day workshop is specially designed for professionals who want to learn better team facilitation.

What You’ll Get During the Workshop:

    • Facilitating Team Dialogue: You’ll practice designing and facilitating a team exercise right away.
    • Personal Reflection: Learn how your unique style and talents contribute to effective team facilitation.
    • Handling Group Dynamics: Learn to identify and influence resistance, including in-depth insights into group processes.
    • Understanding Methodology: Understand how the Teambooster methodology works and how to apply it in teams.

How does it work?

    • Methodology Introduction: Start with a brief overview of the key principles of team dynamics.
    • Reflection and Practice: Engage in self-reflection to discover your strengths.
    • Workshop Design: Design and practice facilitating a team-building exercise.
    • Dealing with Resistance: Delve into techniques to effectively influence group dynamics.
    • A few weeks after the workshop, your coach will supervise another peer review session. So that you can immediately share the lessons from practice with each other.

After this workshop, you will have the basic skills to lead team sessions independently and a solid foundation for further learning. We have several variations for the train-the-trainer from half a day to several days.

What is the next step after the Train-the-Trainer workshop?

After this workshop we have several in-depth modules available, matching your (teams) talents and ambitions. This allows you to develop into a fully trained team coach.

Can I apply this in my own team?

Certainly, you’ll learn directly applicable skills with which you can facilitate team sessions yourself. Both in your own team and for other teams within your organization.

Is One Day Sufficient?

There are many different training programs for team facilitators, some even lasting 3-6 months. So there’s a good chance you might want to learn and practice much more than can fit into one day. However, we believe that this day provides a very strong foundation after which you can truly start working with teams on your own. By focusing on one day, we are also able to adapt the program well to the level of the participants.

Can I choose my own coach?

Certainly! See our coach page. And we’re happy to think along with you. If you contact us and schedule an introduction, we’ll discuss together which coach best suits your needs. We’ll also look at the results of your Team Scan to determine which coach can best help with that.

How Quickly Can This Training Be Scheduled?

We have a large group of coaches so we can move quickly. Often it is nice to schedule 3-4 weeks in advance. But if you are in a hurry, we can often provide training within 1-2 weeks as well.
