Start with the free Team Scan and discover where your team wants to improve. It doesn’t matter if things are going well or poorly; the point is to determine together where you want to improve. This gives you a positive and shared starting point.

2. Discuss

The team scan makes good team discussion easy. Have an open conversation about the results and choose focus points together. Choose where to go in depth or agree on practical actions.

3. Write Down

Record agreements and actions on the Team Page in our platform. It’s your space to show how you prefer to collaborate. When you clearly write down how you’re going to work together, it becomes easier to apply, reflect on, and gradually improve.

4. Practice

Use our toolbox of 80+ exercises to improve skills. They are well-thought-out, effective and, above all, fun team-building exercises that you can do yourself as a team. You’ll get practical suggestions for exercises that really suit your team.

5. Repeat

Measure your progress and keep improving with new scans and insights. By repeating it every 3 months and focusing on 2-3 topics each time, you make team building easy and you can be confident that you are getting better and better at working together.
