About the Year-long Team Development Program

- Highly supervised team building sessions: Quarterly team building sessions focused on what is going better and where more attention is needed: 2x full-day and 2x half-day sessions.
- Interim support: Monthly exercises and coaching for progress and results.
- A dedicated coach: Your coach knows the team thoroughly for optimal guidance.
How does it work?

- Team scan: The team scan is leading. You fill it out every quarter as a team, and together we determine what you want to focus on each time. And we make the improvement in cooperation truly measurable.
- Build incrementally: You don’t build a great team in 1 session. We make targeted improvements together each session. Each quarter gets a clear teambuilding theme. We clearly record the agreements on the team page. This way you build step-by-step towards better and clearer cooperation.
- Many exercises: Focused on development and cooperation with simple exercises, recommended by the coach, that you do yourself as a team.
- Ongoing Feedback: Personal coaching for immediate solutions and advice. Your coach is always available to you.
- Results-oriented focus: At the end, your team has tools and agreements to grow further. On the Teambooster platform, we measure your team’s progress.
